Staging
Any real estate agent knows that first impressions are very
important. Home Staging is the best-proven way to create a
lasting impression and get top dollar for your home as you
prepare it for the real estate market. Don’t lower your
asking price or accept a low offer! Statistics show that a
small investment in a professionally staged home will sell
your home quicker and for a larger profit.
FREE Staging Consultation- Meet with the homeowner/realtor
and perform walkthrough of the home to determine staging
needs.
Comprehensive Staging by our trained professionals:
$300/room
Additional staging needs (i.e. meeting with contractors):
$75/hour
Interior
Redesign
Consultation: $200 first hour; $100 each additional hour
This is our opportunity to interview you and to find out
what you like and dislike about your room(s), who uses the
space, and how it is used. We will provide you with
suggestions on items such as color palette, room layout, and
design enhancements as we tour the room(s). At the end of
our session, you may choose to schedule a follow-up
appointment for the redesign.
One-Day Room Makeover: $325
Your room will be cleared of all items except the largest
pieces of furniture. We will then rearrange the furniture &
accessories to maximize the space, keeping in mind your
room’s function, your home’s architecture, and your desires
for the room. We will create a transformation that you will
love! We will provide you with a list of suggestions for
purchases
that would complete your new look, or we can
schedule a shopping trip to find the perfect items.

House Makeovers are available!
After the consultation, an estimate can be given based on
the home’s size and the scope of work needed.
Color Palette
Consultation: $150 first hour; $100 each
additional hour
Our color palette consultation will provide you with
paint options that create the haven you desire. This
comprehensive evaluation is based on homeowner’s
taste, furniture, lighting, room size, home style,
etc.
Other
Services
Home Décor Shopping Service: $75/hr or $350 full day
Want a stylish home with beautiful rooms, but don’t have the
time to search for those perfect furnishings? We are
available to do the shopping for you, giving you the time to
pursue other interests. We know where to find wonderful
accessories, at great prices within your budget, which will
give your space that finishing touch.
Move-In Service: $75/hr
Moving into a new home, condo, or apartment? Let us take the
stress out of your move by helping you to place your
furniture and accessorize your new home.
Seasonal and Holiday Decorating: $75/hr
Let us transform your home into a seasonal masterpiece so
you can enjoy your Holiday!
